Talent Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Manager to represent, guide, and oversee the professional interests of our artists/celebrities across various domains including film, television, digital media, endorsements, and public appearances. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to strategize long-term growth for talent while handling their day-to-day operational and promotional activities.

Contract Negotiation & Legal Coordination

Marketing, PR, and Social Media Oversight

Financial Oversight & Reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in talent management, media, or entertainment industry.

Deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem, talent trends, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
