About Cellexia: Cellexia is a rapidly growing premium skincare brand focused on innovation, science-backed products, and exceptional customer experiences. As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized Team Lead to help streamline internal processes and enhance productivity.

Job Overview: The Team Lead will serve as a key organizational leader, responsible for managing weekly reporting, team accountability, and assisting in strategic projects. This role involves working closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations and clear communication across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and compile structured weekly updates from each team member to track progress, identify issues, and improve accountability.
Create concise weekly reports summarizing team performance for leadership review.
Proactively follow up with team members to address performance issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Coordinate and lead regular internal meetings to maintain alignment across various teams.
Support strategic initiatives by performing research, data analysis, and project coordination as needed.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement solutions.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in project management, operations, executive assistance, or related roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze data and generate clear, actionable reports.
Highly proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or skincare industries.
Previous experience in a Team Lead, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Project Management role.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
