Team leader-HR

Seeking a proactive HR Team Leader to build and manage their own HR team, meet recruitment targets, screen candidates, maintain HR data, and conduct training.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead an HR team
Achieve individual and team hiring targets
End to end recruitment
Manage HR data and generate reports
Train new hires and mentor team members
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or related field
Experience of minimum 2 yrs in recruitment and team leadership in HR Consultant Firm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Yearly bonus
