Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Summary
Advantra is seeking a driven and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, hands-on experience working with Tier 1 vendors, and a proven ability to close W2 and independent (1099/C2C) candidates efficiently. We are looking for recruiters who thrive in a high-speed, performance-driven environment with fast turnaround times on submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, submission, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
Source qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), Boolean search, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Build strong pipelines of W2, C2C, and independent candidates for recurring requirements.
Work closely with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners to understand job needs and deliver suitable candidates with speed and accuracy.
Manage candidate communications, including screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Post jobs, track performance, and maintain accuracy in ATS (Ceipal or similar).
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2 and C2C hiring).
Proven track record of working with Tier 1 vendors and delivering qualified candidates on tight timelines.
Strong understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.).
Familiarity with standard hiring terms and tax structures: W2, 1099, C2C, CTH.
Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean searches, resume databases, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of ownership, independence, and accountability.
Prior experience in a BPO US shift environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,194.46 – ₹42,302.73 per month
