We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry and experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.

1-5 years of experience in US IT recruiting (contract or full-time roles).

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and LinkedIn.

Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.

Willingness to work US business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,077.16 – ₹20,699.85 per month
