Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Remote (India-based – Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: EST (Night Shift) – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates to various IT job openings in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements received from US clients or Account Managers.
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), internal database, and referrals.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to ensure a good fit with client requirements.
Negotiate pay rates, availability, and other job-related aspects with candidates.
Submit qualified candidates to Account Managers or clients within deadlines.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Maintain candidate database and submission tracker regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

5 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
Hands-on experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of various IT technologies and US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
