About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function in India. This role will be pivotal in scaling our workforce, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring we attract top-tier tech talent to support our consultancys growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Forecast hiring needs and create scalable talent acquisition plans for tech and consulting roles.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and talent priorities.
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in recruitment practices.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the company’s presence in the Indian tech market through branding initiatives.
Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
Data & Analytics:
Use recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience

20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in hiring for technology and consulting roles at scale.
Strong understanding of the Indian talent market and recruitment trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
Preferred Skills

Exposure to global recruitment practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
