What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities –

PHE Design Engineer Responsibilities:

To Preparing Detailed Design and layout drawings.
To Preparing schematic ,DBR and Technical Specification.
To Preparing PHE Equipments Load List.
Co-ordinate for all MEP services Site Routing .
Coordinate with Vendor and update the Design Requirements.
Should have sound knowledge on Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection system / Fire Fighting as per NBC and Indian relevant Codes.
Preparation of Internal, External Sanitary System, WTP & STP System.
To Preparing Preliminary, Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender layouts.
Design plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater, sanitary, fire suppression (if applicable), and gas piping systems for new and existing buildings.
Prepare plumbing layout drawings, schematics, and detailed specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
Experience in high rise residential building, commercial & industrial properties.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in plumbing system design, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and hydraulic calculation tools.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes such as IPC, UPC, NBC (India), or relevant local codes.
Familiarity with green building practices and LEED compliance is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
