What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for Sales (Agency, Banca, Retail, Corporate), Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Medical, Finance, and Support functions.
2. Stakeholder Management

3. Hiring Strategy & Planning

4. Sourcing & Channel Management

5. Recruitment Operations & Compliance

Ensure recruitment is aligned with IRDAI guidelines, company policies, and compliance requirements.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

7. Team Management

One offrole team member will report to the person.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in volume hiring and leadership hiring
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytics capability
High ownership, execution focus, and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Candidate should know Kannada mandatorily
Male preferred
