What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Manage facility operations including housekeeping, security, and vendor management.

Coordinate with HR, IT, and Operations teams to support business needs.

Handle procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Supervise office maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades.

Monitor and manage budgets related to admin activities.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to assets, vendors, and contracts.

Manage front desk operations and visitor management systems.

Support leadership in planning and executing office expansions or relocations.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Admin Manager or similar role, preferably in a BPO or Call Center environment.

Strong knowledge of office and facility management procedures.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office automation systems.

Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
