What you’ll do
Job Descriptions

Preparation of :-
Standalone and consolidated financial statement.
Variance report for financial statement.

Audit of financial statement.

Coordinating with the various stakeholder :-
For sharing relevant details with the insurance Company /Brocker .
Cost benefit analysis of various insurance policies.
Continuous tracking of Insurance claims.

Active participation for insurance renewal process.
Acting as SPOC for all the issues related to insurance.

Monitoring of routine payment transactions and other banking activities.

Preparation of direct cash flow statement for international business.

Ensuring compliance for investment in Oversea entities.

Coordination and interaction with oversea shared service team for routine accounting and administrative issue on regular basis.

Ensuring statutory compliance related to:

Annual report, Annual return etc.

Resolving the queries related to Internal Audit and Internal finance control
