Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
Partner with department heads and business leaders to forecast and plan manpower requirements.
Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and headhunting) to build strong candidate pipelines.
Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with organizational values and role requirements.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering ability.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Excel dashboards, and MIS reporting.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
Experience: 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.
