What you’ll do
– End to End Talent Acquisition for 30-40 Mandates per month
– Stakeholder Management
– Building Candidate pipeline
– Vendor Management

– Employer branding & Candidate Experience Management
– Recruitment MIS reporting and dashboards.
Required Candidate profile
– 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or retail/QSR environment.
– Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring efficiently.
– ATS and Excel Proficiency
