What you’ll do
We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our banquet operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily operations of the banquet hall, ensuring seamless execution of events.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage event planning, coordination, and evaluation to ensure successful outcomes.
Supervise and train staff members to provide exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing banquets, events, or hospitality operations.
