What you’ll do
Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Manager with expertise in both 2D CAD and BIM workflows. The role involves managing design coordination across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring model accuracy, and delivering high-quality As-Built models at LOD 500.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and integrate 2D drawings and BIM models from various disciplines to ensure design consistency and clash-free execution.
Lead design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Review and validate design inputs, RFIs, and site changes for incorporation into BIM models.
Manage BIM workflows for internal and external coordination, including federated model creation and clash detection.
Prepare and submit accurate As-Built BIM models at LOD 500, reflecting final site conditions.
Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and protocols.
Support construction teams with model-based information and drawing extractions.
Maintain version control, documentation, and audit trails for design changes.
Liaise with client representatives for design approvals and submission reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
510 years of experience in design coordination using 2D CAD and BIM tools.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
