What you’ll do

Experience: 10+ years of relevant expertise

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate accoun ti ng records inaccordance with applicable accoun tin g standards (e.g., Ind AS / IFRS).
Oversee day-to-day accoun ti ng ac t iv i ties relatedto the rental business, including lease income, opera ti ng expenses,deprecia ti on, and lease liabili t ies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, andannual financial statements and management reports.
Analyze financial performance andvariances related to warehouse rental income, occupancy rates, and opera ti onal costs.
Ensure ti mely billing and revenue recogni ti on of rentalincome from warehouse tenants.
Monitor accounts receivable andsupport collec ti on efforts for rental dues.
Assist in budgeting and forecas ti ng activities,especially in rela ti on to rental income and warehouse opera ti ng costs.
Collaborate with cross-func ti onal teams toensure proper alloca ti on of costs to warehouse facili ti es.
Coordinate with internal and externalauditors for statutory and internal audits.
Stay updated on industry regula ti ons, GSTimplica ti ons, and financial repor ti ng requirements
