We are looking for COO – Surface for Gurgaon Location

Manufacturing company logistic Head experience will be right fit

Minimum of 20-25 years in logistics, supply chain or operations management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory and customer service

Designing and execute growth strategies for surface transportation across express cargo, FTL, and PTL segments
To achieve products, Surface target business & YOY Growth.
Develop new routes, improve route profitability, and expand presence in underserved geographies
Oversee day-to-day surface operations including linehaul, hub & spoke, route optimization, and fleet control
Monitor network transit performance (TAT, DSR) and implement corrective actions where needed.
Design cost-effective and scalable distribution networks using internal and third-party fleets
Implement automation in route planning, real-time tracking, control towers, and fuel efficiency
Lead productivity, accuracy, and cost control at major transshipment hubs and delivery centers.
Drive lean warehouse practices and mechanized handling to improve speed and reduce damages.
Manage contractual relationships with fleet vendors, vehicle owners and drivers.
