Job description
What you’ll do
We are looking for Customer Relation Manager- Real Estate

Location- Mulund

Primary Purpose: Manage and lead all the documentation, collection, possession, record keeping of the associated activities that come after a sale is made by a client.

A. Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

1. Effectively manage the entire client service cycle including all post sales activities until the client gets the final possession of the property.

2. Ensure timely collection of the amount takes place as per mutually agreed terms.

3. Work with clients directly to resolve their queries, questions, clarifications.

4. Ensure all queries are resolved within a stipulated time.

5. Maintain robust co-ordination with External bankers, Account team, Sales team, MIS team and Construction team for consistent communication and responsiveness.

6. Follow up regularly for all payments from clients and bankers.

7. Extend extra assistance to the client post possession of the property is received.

8. Effectively track the ongoing collection and maintain daily reporting to the management.

9. Follow up for prompt and timely updates of the progress of the construction from the Construction team.

10. Promptly co-ordinate with the banks for Approved Project Financials.

11. Be the checker to all the documents and ensure accuracy is maintained.

Qualification:

Post-Graduation in Marketing

Prior Experience:

Minimum 8 years experience as in a client service and management in real estate industry.
