The Control Tower Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating CCTV cameras, alarm systems, security and surveillance equipment, detecting suspicious activities, ensuring security protocols are followed, and coordinating responses in case of incidents. This role requires keen observation skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
