What you’ll do
Opening with a leading Manufacturing company for their office in Mumbai
Role: DGM-Learning, OD & TA
Experience: 8 to 13 Years
Role & responsibilities :
Organizational Development (OD)
Design and implement OD strategies that support leadership development, performance improvement, and organizational change
Lead initiatives such as managerial development, feedback processes, and talent reviews.
Conduct organizational diagnostics and design interventions to improve structure, culture, and capability.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Develop and execute engagement strategies that enhance employee experience and retention.
Champion cultural transformation initiatives aligned with company values and strategic goals.
Facilitate open communication and feedback mechanisms to build trust and transparency.
Recognition & Rewards
Design and implement recognition programs that reinforce desired behaviors and outcomes.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify skill gaps and align training programs with business needs (reskilling/upskilling).
Oversee the design and delivery of leadership and competency development programs.
Promote blended learning strategies including e-learning, workshops, and coaching
Talent Acquisition (HRBP)
Design and deliver TA capability development programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
Partner with Employer Branding to co-create campaigns that attract top talent and reflect the companys EVP.
Monitor TA performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
