Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
2. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance management systems (goal setting, appraisals, feedback mechanisms).
Support managers in performance reviews and employee development plans.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and morale.
Address employee grievances and act as a mediator in conflict resolution.
Promote employee well-being and positive work environment.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs in consultation with business leaders.
Plan, organize, and evaluate training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Maintain learning & development records.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR policies and ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
Handle payroll inputs, leave & attendance management, and HRMS systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
6. Policy & Process Implementation
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure alignment of HR processes with organizational objectives.
Continuously improve HR practices and systems for efficiency.
7. Strategic HR Contribution
Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Provide insights on workforce analytics, employee turnover, and productivity improvements.
Support change management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
612 years of progressive HR experience (for DM / Manager level).
Experience in end-to-end HR functions in mid-size or large organizations.
