As we expand, we have an opening for a key role for a proactive and detail-oriented EA – Sr. HR Manager who will be required to manage recruitments, employee engagement, career planning and performance appraisals, HR administrative work for a high performance team across the functions of sales, marketing, technology, regulatory and nutrition professionals.

Needless to state, we need someone who is well versed with managing talent across various levels including senior functional heads. Strong command over communication, including written and spoken language is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

A. Exec. Assistant :

Manage business reviews and MIS with key functional leads and leadership team

B. Human Resources:

Well versed with managing talent across various levels including senior functional heads.
Assist in staffing efforts that aligns with the company’s culture and job role requirements.
Develop and maintain HR policies and practices to support the team.
Well versed with HR software tools
Manage annual appraisals and performance evaluations
Handle employment and compensation-related matters, including payroll, leaves and holidays, taxation, and benefits, industry benchmarking practices
Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and compliance with employment regulations.

C. Administration:

Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including infrastructure and facilities management
Ensure compliance with local laws, office taxation, and operational regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Min. 8 years experience in HR and administrative roles
3+ years experience as EA will be preferable
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll, and taxation processes
Excellent in spoken and written language
Stability shown in career will be an advantage

Preferred:

Work experience in known and reputed organisations
