Engineer -Equipment Maint
About the job
Should have 6/8 years’ experience in semiconductor/Electronics manufacturing industries having Electronic Tester Card Level trouble shooting experience, Test concepts including Calibration, upgrade/Modification in existing Testers.
Have hands on exposure on Wire bonders, Die attach Ovens and Die sorters machines. Should handle general routine maintenance functional activities, semiauto, auto pick &place machines & new installations.
Should possesses in depth knowledge about Predictive, Preventive Maintenance preparation and execution of assembly and test equipments
Good knowledge on QMS policies/systems & EHS activities. Should have through knowledge about ISO 2015 & IATF 16949 policies, 5S .
Should have knowledge in mechanical Hydraulic Presses, Ovens, general purpose furnaces, drives & its trouble shooting & vendor development for spares.
Should have good knowledge about problem solving tools like WHY WHY Analysis & fish bone diagram MTBF/MTTR
Should have knowledge about SPC Tools/Capabilities studies (CP-CPK, MSA, OEE & other data analysis tools)
Should have knowledge about PLC /HMI modification/upgradation of existing automated testers & machines.
Should have good communication and collaboration skills.
