Role Overview:

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level technical positions. Youll collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify top talent that aligns with PMAMs culture and long-term vision.

Role & responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit through structured interviews.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS data.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with current industry trends, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.
