What you’ll do
An exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of Chartered Accountants working in Financial Close, Reporting, Legal Entity Control, and FP&A functions.

Location – Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune – 3 PM to 12 AM Shift.

Your Future Employer – A global insurance organization known for its high-impact finance operations and leadership in financial services transformation.

Responsibilities –

Manage a team of Chartered Accountants across Finance Close, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Control, Statutory Reporting, and FP&A processes.
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in creating presentations with thoughtful analysis, and support decision-making.
Review and compile accounting transactions and documents throughout the month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure financial integrity and timeliness.

Requirements –

12+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
Hands-on expertise in Accounting or FP&A required; exposure to both domains is ideal.
Strong knowledge of US/UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial reconciliation practices.
