Person will establish new business verticals like BGV, Psychometric analysis, Skill analysis, Relocation services, consulting on culture, Rewards & recognition, compliances, POSH, HR audit to the already existing successful recruitment business.

Required Candidate profile

Must have entrepreneurial mindset with clear understanding of all the HR functions and willing to stitch together partnerships to develop a full stack HR Consulting company and willing to meet clients
