What you’ll do

Preferred candidate profile

Must have prior experience in Plant and Sales hiring roles, preferably within industries such as Manufacturing, Building Materials, Cement, Paints, or Pharmaceuticals.
Must demonstrate proven expertise in client management, including end-to-end coordination, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining client satisfaction
Should be capable of developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, focusing on business growth and partnership development.
Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring achievement of targets and maintaining high performance standards.
Strong in delegation, motivation, and performance monitoring, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
