What you’ll do
The HR role is to provide strategic direction to the organization from an HR perspective. The role will include overall HR responsibilities with a key focus on Talent Acquisition (60-70%), Operations, Employee engagement, RNR.
Role reports to COO

Should be from mid-size family-owned organization who has worked with the founders directly or from startups
Should be from the non-IT background who has worked on corporate & leadership hiring
