Exp HR Exe to oversee the HR operation in manufacturing factory, handling a workforce of over 500(200+ female)
Responsible for proper workforce planning, statutory compliance, employee engagement, safety, overall HR administration within the factory

Required Candidate profile

3-5 yrs of HR exp in a Mfg setup
