Attendance management (Head Office and branches)
Track and maintain attendance for all Head Office and branch employees, ensuring complete and accurate records.
Update manual attendance entries where required and reconcile exceptions to maintain audit-ready data.
Ensure timely HR approvals for employee on-duty (OD), leave, and overtime (OT) requests in line with policy.
Share finalised attendance for exited employees to all relevant stakeholders as per the exit process.
Acknowledge and resolve employee queries received on the Hoattendance/Branchattendance mailboxes (OD, leave, OT, etc.) within defined turnaround times.
Coordinate with HO managers, Branch Managers, and branch SPOCs to confirm attendance for employees and representatives on schedule.
Follow up with PAN-India managers on cases of excessive absenteeism and drive corrective actions per policy.
Send “Pin-it-up” communication emails on attendance norms, late-ins, and break-time adherence at agreed frequencies.
Prepare the monthly arrears report for Head Office and branches with supporting backups.
Prepare and submit monthly payable days for HO/branch employees and representatives for payroll processing, ensuring zero discrepancies.
Deactivate resigned employees on time in HRMS and all downstream databases to prevent unintended access or pay impacts.
Attendance governance and PD processing
Ensure strict adherence to the attendance policy and process across branches, including controls for late-ins, early-outs, ODs, leaves, and OTs.
Provide timely resolutions to attendance-related queries and submit error-free PD reports within defined timelines.
What you’ll need to bring:
Any Bachelors or Masters Degree.
3+ years of relevant experience (Stock Broking industry).
Well versed with computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
Good analytical skills.
Knowledge of good record keeping.
