Our Client a reputed Education Consultancy, requires
Post : HR Manager
Location : Marine Lines, Mumbai
Experience : 5+ Years (Core HR Functions)
Qualification: Graduate / Masters in HRM / HR Specialization / IR
Salary : Upto 9 LPA
Weekly off :* Sunday*
Job Profile
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist management in creating performance dashboards and productivity metrics.
Monitor timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports by staff.
Skills
Must have experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems/tools.
Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to balance traditional HR responsibilities with productivity and process-monitoring tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HRMS software will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
