What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition while ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, implementing strategic hiring practices, and maintaining smooth HR processes that support a thriving work culture and organizational growth.
Support the day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
Ensure alignment with employment laws and regulations across all HR activities.
Implement and oversee HR software systems for efficient operations (e.g., attendance, HRMS).
Support organizational culture by fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Work with leadership to develop policies and procedures that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR business partnering role.
In-depth knowledge of HR systems including applicant tracking systems and HRMS/payroll tools.
Must have handled technical hiring
Startups experience preferred.
