HR & Recruitment Data Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Data Coordinator to support our Recruitment and HR teams in maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-organized data across Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, meticulous, and confident in managing large volumes of data. You will play a key role in verifying candidate and employee documentation, maintaining database accuracy, and ensuring smooth HR and recruitment workflows that keep the business compliant and efficient.
Work Mode: Remote (UK Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities Explained
Data Management
You’ll handle large amounts of HR and recruitment data — such as candidate applications, employee records, joining documents, etc.
Ensure all this data is correctly entered, updated, and organized in Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
Verification of Documents
Check and verify important documents (educational certificates, ID proofs, offer letters, etc.) to make sure they’re complete and valid.
Database Accuracy & Compliance
Make sure all data is accurate and meets company compliance and privacy standards (like GDPR if the company deals with UK data).
Workflow Support
Help the HR and recruitment teams with daily processes — like onboarding new hires, updating job postings, or tracking candidate progress.
Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment and HR departments.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate regular reports (like hiring progress, employee data updates, etc.) for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates in the systems.
Skills You Need
Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with HR/recruitment software (especially Zoho tools).
Detail-oriented: Accuracy in handling data is crucial — even a small mistake can affect compliance.
Organized & Systematic: Able to manage many records without confusion.
Communication skills: You’ll often liaise with HR, recruiters, and sometimes candidates.
Analytical mindset: Ability to create and interpret reports.
