What you’ll do
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing HR initiatives with a strong focus on Darwinbox HRMS, analytics & reporting, rewards & recognition, training programs, and employee engagement. This role demands strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to drive HR interventions that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Darwinbox Implementation & Management

Lead end-to-end implementation of Darwinbox modules, ensuring smooth migration, configuration, and process mapping.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting, enhancements, and integrations.
Conduct user training sessions and create SOPs for effective adoption across functions.
2. HR Reporting & Analytics

Create, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics via Darwinbox.
Provide data-driven insights to business leaders to support decision-making.
Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, hiring trends, training effectiveness, and engagement scores.
3. Rewards & Recognition

Design and drive innovative R&R programs aligned with organizational values.
Manage nomination processes, evaluation criteria, and award ceremonies.
Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
4. Training & Development

Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Plan and coordinate internal and external learning interventions.
Measure and report on training outcomes and ROI.
5. Employee Engagement

Design and execute engagement activities and cultural initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with leadership to implement action plans.
Act as an employee advocate, ensuring feedback channels are open and responsive.
Qualifications & Skills

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
8-15 years of experience in HRBP or related HR roles.
Hands-on experience with Darwinbox (implementation or advanced usage).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR dashboards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative problem-solver with ability to manage multiple priorities.
