Job description
What you’ll do
Recruitment & On-boarding Oversight

Coordinate manpower planning for new projects and ongoing site needs
Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle including manpower planning, job postings,
candidate screening, and final selection.

Assess technical and behavioural skills of site workers during selection to ensure
operational suitability.

Approve and monitor joining formalities for new employees.
Ensure proper orientation and induction programs for both office and site staff.
Review and approve issuance of PPE kits, welcome kits & asset allocation.

Field Operations & Site HR

Oversee day-to-day HR operations at project sites including:
Attendance & shift management
Gate pass, log sheets, license renewals & health/safety documentation
Coordinate with supervisors / site in-charges to address workforce needs, grievances,
and disciplinary issues.

Review & approve monthly client compliance documentation for all employees across
sites.

Oversee employee accommodation agreements at sites.
Conduct site visits, participate in HRIR meetings, and address employee grievances.
Head Office HR Operations

– Oversee employee lifecycle operations for corporate and site staff: joining and exit

formalities, appraisals, probation reviews, and related documentation.

– Review monthly attendance records & regularizations.

– Review monthly payroll inputs including leave, overtime, travel, statutory deductions

and statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, PT, Bonus Act and

approve for processing & statutory filings.

– Claim reimbursement review & approval for processing, including travel tickets

approvals for site & office staff both.

Employee Benefits, Engagement & Welfare:

– Drive engagement programs (e.g. Reward & Recognition, Annual meets) tailored for

both office and field staff.

– Oversee implementation of performance management system across organization

(Oversee appraisals, promotions, probation reviews, and disciplinary actions.)

– Finalize quarterly performance incentives for site and office staff

Training & Development:

– Identify skill gaps and plan training interventions for technical & behavioural topics.

– Oversee safety inductions in alignment with QHSSE, refresher courses, and training.

Team Leadership:

• Coordinate regularly with cross functional teams (operations, marketing & accounts)

to assess and support relevant human resource requirements.

• Manage, mentor, and monitor the HR teams performance and deliverables.

• Conduct weekly HR review meetings; report core HR metrics (attrition, compliance

gaps, training completion, deployment status) to GM Operations

HR Strategy & Policy

• Update HR policies aligned with business needs and labour laws.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies

Office Administration Oversight:

• Oversee office administration, including petty cash approval, utilities payment

approval, and office maintenance.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong on-ground coordination capabilities & team leadership across field locations.

• Deep knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory HR compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages a plus.
