What you’ll do
Role : H.R. Generalist /Human Resource Manager.

Department : Human Resource .

Educational qualification : Any Graduate .Pref. Science., P.G.in Human Resource

Experience expected : 8-12 Years .Min.3 years in Managerial role.

Nature of employment : Full Time.

Responsibilities :

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

Timely recruitment of new/ vacant positions.

Updating portals, company website ,sourcing platforms for vacant positions and attracting talent .

2 Onboarding & Induction.

Ensuring timely Induction and orientation of new joinees

3 HR Operations

Ensuring timely confirmations, entry ,exits FNF in the HRMS.

Managing entire employee life cycle on system.

Coordination with payroll and HODs for all the related activities.

4 Training & Development .

Coordinating with technical team/HODs for trainings .Conducting surveys, training need analysis on HRMS. Keeping training records, audit records .

5 Payroll & Compensation management

Ensuring timely and error free payroll processing on Software .

Ensuring increments ,salary hikes are tracked timely .

6. Performance Appraisals System.

Tracking and Monitoring annual appraisal system on HRMS.

7. Coordination with Plant HR team for HR matters.

8. Employee engagement activities

Organizing productive employee engagement activities for organizational growth and team building .,

9. Legal & Compliance Management .

Ensuring adherence to the labor laws and compliance management .

Handling any union related activities if required .
