Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The role will also involve developing HR policies and programs, employee training and development, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. This is a remote role located in Mumbai or Delhi.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, exit interviews and growth discussions
Skills in performance management and developing HR policies
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Map employee performances quarterly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop employee training and development programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a creative or marketing agency is a plus
