What you’ll do

Job Description

Develop international accounting strategies
Knowledge of relevant FEMA & RBI with reference to ODI (Overseas Direct Investments) & Overseas Branches.
Knowledge of relevant FEMA & RBI returns i.e. FLA & APR reporting.
Knowledge on Transfer Pricing & CBCR (Country by Country Reporting) in context of international transactions & compliances.
Study international accounting and suggest applicability and accounting treatment rationalisation.
Conduct tax audit and impart education to site and other departments on the efficient usage and applicability of accounting principle in international jurisdictions.
Liaise with international accounts & tax consultants for various taxation guidances required internationally.
Looking after the complete compliance on accounts & taxation in the international jurisdiction.
Ensure preparation and compliance of accounting in various jurisdictions & attend taxation queries of various department and represent company to various jurisdictional tax authorities.
Any other activity which may be required under the job profile.
