Job description
What you’ll do
Key responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT/Software roles, including niche and leadership level positions
Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, internal database, and referrals
Good understanding of emerging tech skills like Data Science, Sitecore, MSCRM, Cloud, ALML, Generative AI
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through mapping and networking, especially in small and mid-sized software companies
Effectively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within timelines
Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics regularly
Drive and manage candidate negotiations, offers, and onboarding processes
Ensure adherence to recruitment process and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless interview coordination and candidate experience
Experience in hiring IT candidates for geographies outside India such as Dubai, Australia
Capable of handling senior and leadership hiring independently
Stay updated with hiring trends and market insights Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

3 – 8 years of proven experience in technical hiring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and handling recruitment MIS reports
Excellent stakeholder handling and multitasking capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands
