Job description
What you’ll do
Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader Taggd organization.
Ensure efficient delivery of solutions in line with contractual obligations and agreed client service levels.
Contribute to the commercial success of the account by achieving monthly and annual targets.
Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet long-term client requirements.
.Build an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and a clear engagement plan for each role type.
Work effectively with the sourcing and operations teams to ensure a smooth and positive client and candidate experience.
Manage and mentor team members within the sourcing and recruitment teams, guiding them on best practices, client culture, and supporting their success in their roles.
Ensure all Taggd and client systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner
Produce timely and accurate activity reports and management information reporting.
