What you’ll do
We are currently looking for a talented 08-15 Years of experience in Construction industry for HR & AM HR to join our team in Mumbai. About Taisei India As a subsidiary of the renowned Japanese General Construction Contractor, Taisei Corporation, we specialize in building construction, civil engineering, and real estate development. You can learn more about us on our website: https://www.taisei.co.jp/english/.The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented AM HR for our Mumbai office. Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for Recruitment, Interviews, Selection, Hiring Processes.
Responsible for Employee Orientations & On-boarding process.
Preparing employee benefit programs, including payroll and staff records.
Ensuring Compliances with Labour Laws & Regulations.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.
Performing job tasks instructed by reporting manager.
Important Note: As a Japanese organization, we uphold a disciplined approach to work, which includes a clear structure around working hours. Our office operates firmly from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We appreciate adherence to these timings.
