What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining relations with various regulatory authorities for smooth functioning of business.
Identify issues and accordingly suggest responses / actions to be taken on a regular basis to ensure whole entity is complied as per required laws.
To assist in evolving compliance framework and once this framework is in place; assist in proper execution and reporting under the framework.
Coordinate with finance departments for all kind of tax compliance, due dates, for necessary filings, etc. to be carried out on regular basis.
Ensuring compliance on a regular basis with all applicable laws and regulations for Dimexon group’s operations in India and update Vice President, Tax & Legal and bring any serious matter to his consideration
Monitoring accurate supply of payroll data and review of tax deduction from time to time. Discuss optimum allowances, etc. granted to employees from tax perspective. To suggest Revision to the salary structure in view of changes in tax laws as may be required from time to time.
To co-ordinate overall reporting in relation to all compliances along with Business sustainability team.
Attending and compiling details for various tax hearings, appeals, etc. in close co-ordination with external consultants and under guidance of Vice President, Tax and Legal.
Prepare various agreements, compiling and ensuring safe keeping of all important documents, interactions with Lawyers, etc.
Safe keeping and custody of all important documents of the company along with the team
