What you’ll do
Manager Administration oversees the daily administrative operations and staff of an organization, ensuring efficient office functionality, implementing policies, and managing resources. They play a crucial role in optimizing workflow, maintaining records, and coordinating internal processes to support overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and Supporting Staff:
Managing and guiding administrative staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring performance.
Implementing and Improving Policies:
Developing, implementing, and refining administrative procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Managing Resources:
Overseeing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Ensuring Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating Operations:
Facilitating communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and seamless business operations.
Maintaining Records:
Managing and organizing company records, including financial, HR, and other essential documents.
Optimizing Efficiency:
Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes, implementing solutions, and monitoring outcomes.
Handling Communication:
Managing communication channels, including phone systems and correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Supporting Other Departments:
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Skills:
Leadership and Management: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of administrative staff.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and systems, including data management tools.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required. Candidate with MBA will be preferred.
Experience in administrative management or a related field is essential.
