We are seeking a candidate with strong recruitment experience, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, campus recruitment, and apprenticeship programs. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry, or those from recruitment agencies that have handled clients in the food/FMCG sector/manufacturing domain

Hiring – Manager / Asst. Manager HR (Talent Acquisition Focus) | Leading FMCG Brand | Kandivali, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented HR, with a strong focus on Recruitment and TA to join our dynamic team, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing sectors. The role will also support onboarding, basic HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & TA (Primary Responsibility)

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer rollouts
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic hiring support
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, as well as innovative avenues such as recruitment agencies, campus placements, and other strategic sourcing methods
Manage recruitment dashboards, and reports to ensure hiring timelines and quality benchmarks
2. Onboarding & Induction

Coordinate and execute smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring documentation, system access, and introductions
Conduct induction sessions to align new employees with company values, policies, and culture
3. Employee Engagement & Support

Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
4. HR Operations

Maintain recruitment and employee data in HR systems and trackers
Update organization chart
5. Other HR Activities

Support PMS processes including appraisals and feedback sessions
Assist in L&D coordination
Support HR audits, reports, and analytics as required
Collaborate on projects related to diversity, policy updates, or process improvement

Key Requirements:

Candidates with excellent communication skills are preferred; immediate joiners will be given strong consideration
Education – Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
Experience – Min. 5 years of strong recruitment experience (preferably in FMCG / food manufacturing industry)
Candidates from recruitment agencies with food/FMCG clients welcome
Work Mode: On-site | 6 Days/Week
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (ONLY nearby candidates preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Report generation and HR analytics tools (Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent stakeholder management
High degree of organization and attention to detail
Problem-solving and adaptability
Empathy and people-centric mindset
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Desirable Attributes:

Familiarity with manufacturing/FMCG blue and white-collar recruitment
Agile to handle multiple open positions under tight timelines
