What you’ll do
The Manager Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to support the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing insightful financial advice to senior management to drive business performance.

Develop, implement, and manage financial planning and budgeting processes.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and budgets.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and capital expenditure.
Oversee financial risk management and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial policies.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and business projects.
Support senior management in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional certification CA a must.
8+ years of relevant experience in finance management or financial planning.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
