HR Business Partner HR Analytics & Compensation & Benefits

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong expertise in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and stakeholder management. This role requires a professional who can partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, leverage Excel and Power BI for actionable insights, and design fair and competitive compensation programs that drive performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to understand workforce needs and design people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Partner with managers and employees on performance management, career progression, and employee relations issues.
Drive change management initiatives and support the adoption of HR programs and policies.
2. HR Analytics & Reporting
Leverage Excel and Power BI to build dashboards, visual reports, and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Analyze workforce trends (attrition, hiring, performance, engagement) to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Maintain HR MIS dashboards and ensure accuracy of HR data across systems.
Work closely with leadership to convert people metrics into actionable strategies.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Manage compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, and pay review cycles.
Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness of compensation programs.
Administer variable pay, performance-linked bonuses, and other incentive schemes.
Partner with finance and leadership for annual compensation planning and budgeting.
Review benefit policies to drive employee satisfaction while balancing cost efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong HR Business Partnering experience with exposure to multiple HR domains.
Hands-on expertise with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI (dashboard creation, visualization, reporting).
Solid understanding of Compensation benchmarking, job evaluation methods, and benefits administration.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Analytically minded with the ability to convert data into insights and recommendations.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
10+ years of experience in HRBP roles with exposure to HR analytics and compensation & benefits.
Experience in working with HRIS systems, data reporting, and HR dashboards.
Prior experience in a matrix or fast-paced environment preferred.
Success Measures:
Strong business leader satisfaction scores on HR partnership.
Timely and insightful HR dashboards & analytics supporting business decisions.
Effective C&B programs ensuring competitive positioning and employee motivation.
Improved retention and engagement metrics within supported business units.
