Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
Support allocated verticals by acting as an advisory partner to business teams in providing end to end Talent Acquisition support along with the team
Duties And Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Experience in Corporate Recruitment & in Bulk / Mass hiring
End to End Recruitment experience including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, pipeline creation, managing right balance of source mix, candidate Interviews & assessment
Salary Negotiation, offer discussion, Offer release etc.
Managing Candidate lifecycle from Pre-Onboarding to Onboarding
Managing Stake holder, Escalation Management
Hands-on experience on Excel & Power point to Create & Publish Hiring Reports and Dashboards
Pre & Post Onboarding candidate engagement
Ensure that the team engages with the candidate prior to onboarding
Execute the pre joining engagement plan and keep track of drop out ratio and joining success
Ensures that the joined candidates are following the OJT plan support wherever necessary
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Post-graduation in Human Resources
Work Experience
Post-graduation (MBA HR)
Domain knowledge in Recruitment
Broad knowledge of HR Process
Multi-tasking & adaptive. (Ready to work in a challenging & multitasking environment)
Candidates with prior experience in BFSI/ NBFC/fintech/payments will be given due preference
Immediate Joiners will be preferred
