What you’ll do

We have been retained by a highly renowned and fast growing Pharma Company to hire a “Manager – IR/ER” to be based at their HO located in the western suburbs of Mumbai. Details of the position are mentioned below:

Position Title :-Manager HR
Function : Human Resources
Location : Head office
Reports to : DGM HR initially and then to Senior Manager
Required Profile:-
The position will be responsible for overseeing daily activities related (12 sales divisions of the company) to field issues in HR, IR, ER, and Legal areas at Pan India. He / she will work closely with the line manager and divisional head to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the field force areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and experience in the areas of Reviews with Managers/ Medical Representative / Drafting disciplinary letters/ labour laws, statutory compliance, New Labour Codes etc. In addition, he should be experienced in managing legal cases from conciliation through to the respective courts.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute HR/ER strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives.

2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues that arise in the field

3. He should have good experience in conducting review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives and should have in depth understanding of Field issues and better alignment with divisions.

4. Well versed in drafting disciplinary letters.

5. Good experience in the areas of Field industrial relations/ police station/ advocates etc

6. Experience in conducting domestic inquiries and handling disciplinary proceedings for field employees.

7. Regularly review legal cases and ensure proactive coordination with the respective advocates.

8. Ensure compliance with labor laws across India and have hands-on experience managing dashboard compliance.

9. Develop and oversee HR/ER strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the field to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

10. Plant experience will be a value add.

Requirements:-
Work Experience 10 to 13-year core experience in Field Force Management

(Should have minimum five year experience in Field Management)

Qualifications:-
Master’s Degree in Human Resources / MSW from a reputed institution. LLB is must.

Age Limit: In-between 25 to 35 Years

Power point presentation and excel
Hands on experience w.r.to proceedings related to Labour Office, PF and ESIC Authorities.
Understanding of compliance w.r.to Contract Labour Management.
Good command over labour laws especially S&E Act, Factory Act, CLRA Act, ESIC Act, EPF Act, S&E Act, Bonus etc
Communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and Stakeholder Management Skills
Should have good knowledge of ER/ IR process
