About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in procurement, inspection, maintenance follow-ups, and documentation to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities for mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Supervise daily and monthly inspections of mechanical systems and components to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities to ensure timely execution and minimize downtime.
Prepare, maintain, and organize detailed documentation including inspection reports, maintenance records, and procurement files.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to support operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout all tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on knowledge of procurement processes and mechanical inspections.
Minimum 2 years of industrial experience.
Strong background in coordinating maintenance activities and follow-up.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering
Must be located in commutable distance to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
