About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Business Manager (OBM) to support business owners and senior leaders in managing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution across functions.
This is a remote opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and have a knack for organization and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage business operations, administrative workflows, and process optimization.
Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and assist in strategic decision-making.
Oversee virtual assistants or team members to ensure accountability and productivity.
Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for senior leadership.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
Handle client communication and maintain professional relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline .
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or executive support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Should have own Wifi (100 MBPS) and Laptop ( 8 GB Ram, i3/i5 9th Gen and above)
